An alleged Grand Rapids home invader pled guilty to one of three charges in the Itasca County District Court yesterday, according to a press release from the Office of the Itasca County Attorney.

Zachary Walter Cary of Cloquet, 28, and Edward Wade Fauth of Grand Rapids, 19, allegedly planned and participated in a home invasion on August 3rd, at a residence in Grand Rapids, according to the release.

Cary is charged with one count of aggravated robbery in the first degree, one count of burglary in the first degree and one count of aggravated witness tampering in the first degree, according to the release.

According to the release, Cary pled guilty to one count of aggravated robbery in the 1st degree and if approved by the court, will be on a supervised probation for 10 years and serve 12 months in the Itasca County Jail.

Cary will appear in court for his sentencing hearing on December 19th, at 2 P-M.
