Alleged Bemidji Robber In Custody

A Bemidji man is facing charges for an alleged robbery and assault with a dangerous weapon.

Gregory Williams, 25, was arrested early morning Tuesday, for allegedly robbing and hitting a woman with the butt of a gun, according to the Bemidji Pioneer. Williams allegedly was upset and demanded $200 from the victim, who eventually gave in after being hit in the head with a gun after trying to leave in her car, according to the Pioneer.

Officer’s located Williams at the victim’s sisters apartment where he was arrested, according to the Pioneer.

Williams is currently being held in the Beltrami County Jail.
