Alex & Brandon Child Safety Center To Hold Celebration And Fundraiser

The Alex & Brandon Child Safety Center is holding a unique event this week in the Brainerd Lakes Area. The event is being held to raise money for their services, but also to recognize the businesses, individuals, and organizations that support the work that they do.

The Alex & Brandon Child Safety Center is a non-profit organization that provides a welcoming and safe place for supervised child visitation and custody exchanges. This is the second year that the safety center has put on this event. The celebration will be held on Thursday, May 2nd at Rumbly Hall in downtown Brainerd and feature entertainment, a silent auction, and more.

“We want to celebrate all the people who support us throughout the year. So this is more of a celebration and a recognition to all of the volunteers, donors, people that come to us for services, referral agents,” said Child Safety Center Executive Director Shannon Wussow. “However you are involved with us, we want to say thank you and we appreciate you.”
