Warriors Look to Battle Back in Section Tournament

It wasn’t the defense that left the Warriors scoreless in yesterday’s game against St. Michael-Albertville. Only putting up two hits in yesterday’s game batting was the focal point of practice today; as the team prepares to get back in their groove as the they face Moorhead on their schedule tomorrow.

Ending at the section championship last year, the team knows with the change in the section they are seeing more difficult teams. But they plan to brush off that loss and focus on tomorrows game to prove they can hang. It may be a longer road for them to battle back, but they aren’t ready for this season to be over.
