Predatory Offender Moving To Brainerd

The Brainerd Police Department is notifying the public that Jordan Michael Koloski, 39, will be moving to the 100 block of Gillis Avenue NE.

According to a press release from the Brainerd Police Department, Koloski has a history of sexual contact with female victims between the ages of 15 and 17. Koloski has used force and/or taken advantage of the victim’s vulnerable state due to intoxication. Koloski was both known and unknown to the victims.

Police officials say Koloski is not new to the area and has resided at this location in the past so there will not be a community notification hearing.
