Power Outage Reported In Northwest Bemidji

Crews are currently working to restore a power outage reported northwest of Bemidji early Wednesday morning.

The Beltrami Electric Cooperative reports crew members located an underground fault, and are working to dig up the line for repairs.

Numerous residents experienced an outage in their homes by Highway 89 at around 7 a.m.

If you’re affected, Beltrami Electric is asking residents to call them at 444-2540 or 800-955-6083, or report your outage through SmartHub app, or text them your outage if you have signed up for outage texting.
