Local Entrepreneurs Awarded at IDEA Competition

Local innovators and entrepreneurs in Northwest Minnesota have been competing in the 8th Annual Idea Competition.

Winners of this year’s competition are: Aircorps Aviation, Far North Spirits and Nisky, LLC. Far North Spirits will also be moving on into the semi-finals of the Minnesota Cup.

Bemidji native, Keith Johannesson, also CEO of Johannesson Companies, is also inducted into the 2016 IDEA Hall of Fame.

The Idea Competition supports emerging entrepreneurs with funds to help turn their ideas into fast-growing businesses.
