Keeping Crow Wing County’s History Alive

For the 88th time Crow Wing County history buffs have come to together to support their history. Crow Wing County is almost 160 years old and they says its important to keep its history alive. Tuesday night they bid on baskets and a throw quilt to raise money for to help restore one of Brainerd’s oldest houses the Wohl House. And for some helping to raise the money hits closer to home.

The Crow Wing County Historical Society Meeting was capped off with a speech by Ray Nelson, who’s not just a historian he also brings history to life. The non-profit historical society also looks for donations and volunteers to help keep the museum open.
