Jacob Kinn Hearing Delayed

Due to an ongoing investigation the probation violation hearing for 32- year- old Jacob William Kinn who was convicted in 2013 of possessing child pornography has been postponed until October.

Jacob W. Kinn, 32, arrested for kidnapping 5-year-old girl.

Kinn, is accused of violating the conditions of his release by consuming alcohol and having unsupervised contact with a minor child.

Kinn was arrested on June 24 and charged with kidnapping of a 5-year-old girl who was found alive on property that belonged to Kinn’s brother.

Kinn appeared in court last Friday. The Bemidji Pioneer says that Beltrami County Attorney Annie Claesson-Huseby asked the court to move the hearing to a later date. She said that after further investigation additional grades of probation violation could come to light.
