Where’s the Beef?  In our next episode of Lakeland Cooks, we’ll answer that question!

From pot roasts and stew, to steaks and chili, or casseroles and stroganoff, we want to hear about your favorite beef recipes. Lakeland Public Television is preparing for its next cooking marathon in March that will highlight our great local cooks and their favorite beef recipes.

All submitted recipes will be included in our next cookbook for the television program, “Lakeland Cooks! Beef” - that will be broadcast Saturday, March 2nd at 12:00pm.

Our host, Dave Brooks, will be cooking up some of these tasty recipes and asking some of you to come in and assist him in our studio kitchen!
