In Focus: The Lakes Area Music Festival Is Sharing Their Love Of Music With Free Community Concerts

The Lakes Area Music Festival community out reach program is making classical music accessible to everyone through three weeks of daily activities.

The performers have strong roots in the Brainerd Lakes Area.

Today, they brought a carnival to the library.

Children could easily hear some of their favorite animals in the music.

Many of the musicians fell in love with music at an early age and believe in the benefits of being exposed to instruments as a child.

The Lakes Area Music Festival will be hosting another family concert on Sunday in the Tornstrom Auditorium where audiences will enjoy a live orchestra perform.
