Fourth Annual Plus It Forward Day

Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton declared Monday, Oct. 10, Plus It Forward Day across Minnesota.

This is the fourth-annual day of volunteering, community service, and spreading kindness from more than 540 Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union employees.

According to Dave Larson, Affinity Plus CEO, more than 25 other credit union’s staff have picked up on the Plus It Forward spirit.

About 1,200 credit-union volunteers will assist almost 22,000 people in 65 different communities by cooking and serving, building, repairing, organizing, cleaning and more.

“Plus It Forward Day is simple: We are intentional about doing good for other people,” said Larson.
