Fatal Rollover Crash

A Cass Lake Man is dead after a rollover crash early Wednesday morning.

Cass County Sheriff Tom Burch said at 1:20 AM, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a single motor vehicle crash on County Road 60 in Pike Bay Township in Cass Lake. Deputies and responders arrived and located a single vehicle that had left the roadway and rolled.

The 29-year-old male driver, of Cass Lake, was located in the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. The victim’s name is currently being withheld pending notification of family members. The investigation continues with the assistance of the Minnesota State Patrol.
