A recall has been issued for Eggo Waffles which may contain listeria monocytogenes contamination.  According to a press release from the FDA, Kellogg’s was routinely testing products when the contamination was found.

Kellogg’s is recalling Eggo Nutri-Grain Whole-Wheat Waffles in the states CO, CT, DE, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, VA, VT, WI, and WY.

According to the FDA there have been no reports of illness.

The recalled Eggos  are a 10ct (12.3 oz.), have the UPC label 38000 40370, and a better if used before date of NOV21 17 and NOV22 17.
