Crow Wing County Road Construction

Removal of pavement at centerline culvert replacements will begin Tuesday, July 5th. Culvert removal and replacement operations will begin shortly afterwards starting on CSAH 44 and then CSAH 9. Culvert replacement is expected to take 10 working days.

During the week of July 11th the road will be closed at intervals for more complex culvert installations. The road will be barricaded off and motorists must use alternate routes during this time. Please visit the website or call for exact days and locations of the closure.

Paving operations will begin late July or early August. The exact starting location and date has not been determined at this time. Traffic will be controlled with flaggers and a pilot car as needed. Expect delays and use caution while traveling through the construction zone. Weather permitting, all construction activities will be completed by September 2nd.

Motorists are asked to plan your daily route accordingly, expect delays, take extra time to drive safely, and respect the equipment and personnel on site.
