Bike/Car Collision in Brainerd

A bicyclist suffered injuries after colliding with a car in Brainerd tonight.

The collision happened around 6:30 pm near the Cenex station on Oak Street, between 9th and 10th Streets.

Witnesses say a male was driving the bike and was leaving the gas station when he collided with the car head-on, breaking the car’s windshield. Those at the scene tell Lakeland News the bicyclist was knocked unconscious and suffered a scrape on his head.
