Bemidji Parks & Facilities Temporary Closures

The parking lot at Paul Bunyan Park will be closed with limited access to park facilities on Thursday, July 21st.  Work on the parking lot will include cleaning and chip sealing. Work is expected to begin in the morning and the parking lot will re-open late Thursday, July 21st or Friday morning.  The Bemidji Parks and Recreation department anticipates the parking lot may be unavailable early next week for a short duration for final cleaning and striping.

The tennis court at Roger Lehmann Park will be closed as of today for a complete replacement of the bituminous and the court surface.  The bituminous will be removed and replaced this week. The surface will cure for 28 days prior to the application of the new surface.  Tennis courts are still available at Nymore Park.
