Bemidji Man Charged With Rape Of Minor

A Bemidji man arrested in Ohio Monday is now facing rape charges.

Greg Willison, 37, is currently being held in Clinton County Jail. He is charged with rape, gross sexual imposition, and sexual battery, the Wilmington Police Department say.

Police say its detective has been working on the case for the last 14 months, on a sex offense that occurred several years ago.

Willison’s rape charge could carry a life sentence, since the victim was less than 10 years of age when the crime reportedly occurred, police say.
