Arson Suspected In Bungalow Tap House Fire

Authorities now suspect that arson was responsible for destroying a popular bar in Emily built in 1903. The fire took place on June 29 at the Bungalow Tap House and began in the back dining room. The Minnesota Department of Public Safety State Fire Marshal Division and local authorizes are asking the public to come forward with any tips regarding the arson. Callers can remain anonymous and can be submitted through the Minnesota Arson Hotline 1-800-723-2020 or online www.mniaai.org. A reward of up to $5,000 is available. The investigation is currently still ongoing.
