10-year-old Girl Dies in Hit-and-Run Crash

AITKIN COUNTY- The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating a hit-and-run crash that killed a 10-year-old girl. Before 8 PM Friday, June 10th, Caylin, Donovan, of Lake Park, was at the edge of driveway along Highway 18 in Aitkin County near Mille Lacs Lake, when she was hit by a passing vehicle.

Investigators are trying to locate the driver of a white Ford Pickup who was pulling a fifth wheel camper with black trim. The State Patrol believe the driver was in the area and may have seen the crash.
